Every participant who links to you becomes a rich record — profile, goals, contact log and next actions — in one consent-scoped home. You only ever see what a participant or their carer has chosen to share.
Reports that fill their own data sections
Report Studio assembles the data sections of a plan-review draft in seconds — charts, counts and goal evidence, grounded strictly in that participant’s consented data, never invented. Every conclusion and recommendation is yours to write. You review, author and sign; until you sign, every page is watermarked, and once signed it is locked.
Language-science analytics
Vocabulary growth, core-to-fringe balance and communication-function trends — engagement measures that inform your clinical reasoning, never a test of the person. Drill any chart down to the raw events behind it, and pull them straight into a report.
Session notes that feed the report
Timestamped, goal-tagged notes with templates. Tag a note to a goal and it becomes part of the evidence timeline the next report draws from — no re-keying.
Consent comes first — always.
The communicator’s voice is never involved in any of this, and never locks. The portal only ever holds what a participant chooses to share with a named clinician.

A carer or participant opens a one-time consent invite in the app and chooses exactly what to share. Nothing reaches you until they do.

Their linked usage appears in your caseload. Draft reports, log sessions and track goals — all scoped to what was consented, revocable at any time.

Evidence, signed and owned
Sign a report and it is immutable and downloadable. The record stays the participant’s; consent can be withdrawn and the link closed whenever they choose.

Consent-based by design
Access is granted per participant and revocable. No participant data is visible without an explicit, in-app consent link.
End-to-end encrypted sync
The device encrypts before upload, so the server only ever holds a bundle it cannot read.

Anan and the portal are accessibility and co-design tools used under speech-pathology governance — not a registered medical device or a substitute for clinical assessment.
Human-signed, never auto-published
Drafts are grounded in data and guardrailed against diagnostic language. A clinician’s review and signature is required before anything is final.
